As per WHO (World Health Organization) your body needs minimum of 3 Liters of water intake.

There few simple techniques that you can follow to not to get dehydrated:

  • Drink one glass of water As soon as you wake up from the bed. It will make you Instantly hydrated as you haven’t drunk anything between your 6-8 hours of sleep.
  • Set an Alarm to Drink water Half an hour before the lunch or any meal.
  • Alternatively you can use some apps on the play store that tells you to drink water.
  • When you are thirsty Instead of Drinking Soda or other drink grab a glass of water and just drink the water!
  • Lastly, Before going to sleep at night drink a glass of water again, it will keep you hydrated for the night.

Move around & Exercise daily

Don’t be a couch potato and sit there binge watching, move around a bit stay active.
