How get rid of belly fat? I exercise daily still i have some belly fat crying, can anyone ell me how to get flat tummy?

I have some tips for you to lose belly fat

  •     Eat a high-protein breakfast. ...
  •     Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. ...
  •     Drink water a half hour before meals. ...
  •     Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list). ...
  •     Eat soluble fiber. ...
  •     Drink coffee or tea. ...
  •     Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. ...
  •     Eat your food slowly.

And most importantly Start practicing Yoga or go for simple Jogging

All the best and don't lose hope as the weight loss does not happen over night, it takes time!

  • Start doing Yoga
  • After eating don't go to sleep directly go and walk for a while.
  • Eat fresh food and eat more vegies and fibers
  • Do some abs and  crunches this will reduce your belly fat.

This will help you if you do them seriously
